Le mois givré 2016-2017 se déroule en plusieurs endroits :

  • une patinoire, place Corbis
  • une piste de luge, place du marché des Vosges
  • et le village des p'tits givrés, place d'Armes.

21ème dégustation de la bûche de Noël.

Planning de l'événement : 14h30 : Damien MESLOT : Présentation globale de cette 21ème dégustation de bûche de Noël :

En partenariat avec la Corporation des pâtissiers-chocolatiers du Territoire de Belfort & de la Confrérie des Reflets du Chocolat, la Ville de Belfort présente - pour la 21ème édition consécutive - la bûche de Noël, baptisée cette année «SUZETTE».

Cette animation, qui s’inscrit dans la riche programmation de la 3ème édition du Mois Givré de Belfort, a pour but :

  • de valoriser le savoir-faire de nos artisans chocolatiers locaux. Ces derniers sont très actifs et talentueux. Preuve en est le succès du Festival des Arts Gourmands (9ème édition organisée en 2017)
  • de ravir les papilles des centaines de gourmands présents aujourd’hui.

Ont relevé le défi de réaliser cette bûche, les pâtissiers de :

  • La Pâtisserie KLEIN
  • La Pâtisserie MANTEY
  • La Pâtisserie MONJARDET
  • La Pâtisserie MONNIN

Nouveauté : la participation du CFA municipal Jackie DROUET. Supervisés par leur professeur Franck GUYON, des élèves ont conçu quelques bûches SUZETTE.

À noter : La bûche 2015 s’intitulait « VENDÔME»

14h33 : Etienne KLEIN (Président de la Corporation des pâtissiers-chocolatiers du Territoire de Belfort) : Explication du nom : SUZETTE (rappel du fruit de Noël, l’orange) et évocation du partenariat avec la Ville.

14h36 : Paul KLEIN (Pâtissier à la Pâtisserie Klein et créateur de la bûche) : Révélation de la composition de la bûche : mousse au chocolat Grand Cru “Vietnam”, biscuit Joconde, Marmelade d’orange et biscuit caramel.

14h39 : Damien MESLOT : Le public est Invité à déguster la bûche et le vin chaud aux 7 épices.

  • Service assuré par les agents Cérémonies et animations
  • Jus de fruits (enfants prioritaires) + eau prévus
  • Nombre de parts prévu : 600
  • Litres de vin chaud prévus : 50
