That is not an uncropped version, this is a different photo with different exposure times, and not taken at the same time. And that kind of small difference (8/1 sec vs 15/1 sec; and 19:34:11 vs 19:44:24 during the blue hour (or near) is not a difference this is an ocean of differences, and the result is of course completely different photos.
