Category pages not encyclopedic

I am reversing a reversal of my edit earlier today because of WC policy that category pages can have a brief description of a category's contents, and necessary clarifications of it, but should not contain any excessive information which belongs in WP articles. Wrongly categorized images

There is a large amount of images here, from an occasion involving Estonia's president, that have been wrongly categorized. Queen Silvia is nowhere to be found in them. Can that be fixed some other way than by going in on each image to rm this category? --SergeWoodzing (talk) 07:06, 10 July 2014 (UTC)
