English: In American English, a Newspaper nameplate is a publication's designed title as it appears on the front page or cover. In the United Kingdom and many other Commonwealth nations, this is known as masthead, but in American English "masthead" refers to the list of names of contributors, which in British English usage is known as imprint. See Category:Newspaper imprints.
