Alaska tree[edit]
Hi Zaereth - your pic File:Mountain Hemlock from Turnagain Pass, Alaska.jpg is actually a White Spruce Picea glauca, not a Mountain Hemlock; it is identifiable from the typical spruce branching structure. You might want to edit the pages on wikipedia it is used on. As an aside, I reckon I've found the tree on google earth - is it this one here, just west of the Snowmobile parking lot? The background mountainside certainly matches. If yes, it's worth adding the geolocation. Thanks! - MPF (talk) 23:09, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
