•  Comment Leaves are out of focus (in this other picture by you the all plant is quite sharp) and for redish inflorecence I really like this one too. What would you think to restrict the scope to flowers or make an image set? Totodu74 (talk) 11:58, 21 March 2012 (UTC)
  • File:Boykinia occidentalis 9352.JPG is unused. I thought perhaps editors didn't like it because it was wet from rain and the anthers are not resolved. This one depicts flower details well and the flowers are well exposed. File:Boykinia occidentalis 9352.JPG illustrates the length variation of the petioles well. The reddish-glandular hairs are easier to distinguish from the green pedicels in this image; in File:Boykinia_occidentalis_9501.JPG, the pedicels and bracts are red and they are not as easy to distinguish. It is these reddish-glandular hairs that are notable and distinguishing features. I considered a set nomination, but didn't know if the reviewers would think this species deserved a set. If I may, I would note that the leaf surfaces are well-resolved in File:Boykinia occidentalis 9359.JPG and File:Boykinia occidentalis 9361.JPG, but again they are wet.     • Well, I hadn't got this reddish hairs thing. I wouldn't be responsible of an unsuccessful set nomination and even if leaves are not on the focus, their form is quite clear. Wrongly labelled photo

Hi, could you please have a look at "Plàntula esparrec 26set2009.JPG". It is labelled as asparagus, and used on the Catalan wikipedia page, but I'm sure it is Equisetum (a common weed in Asparagus patches), probably E. arvense. I don't know how to deal with that. I responded at File_talk:Plàntula_esparrec_26set2009.JPG#Equisetum_arvense.3F. Victor M. Vicente Selvas corrected a Lathyrus identification of an image uploaded in 2006 (File talk:Lathyrus tuberosa (Guixa).jpg), so it is possible that this identification may require correction, also. --Walter Siegmund (talk) 19:46, 31 March 2012 (UTC)
