Augusto De Luca[edit]

I can understand skepticism and even hostility towards some of the presence of this person's works or articles on the Wikimedia projects, but I consider your recent campaign to have his articles and artwork extensively diminished or perhaps even eliminated from the Wikimedia projects to be excessive and detrimental. As I noted at Wikiquote, you seem to have succeeded with very little notice or attention in getting the article on him which had existed for years on the English Wikipedia deleted, and perhaps shall yet succeed in your efforts to get his article deleted at the Italian version, which you had initiated even earlier, but though there are certainly many images by this noted photographer at Photographs by Augusto De Luca and Category:Augusto De Luca & which I have no intention to use, there are quite a few which I believe are worth using at Wikiquote, and now that recent hostility to this person has made me more aware of him, I intend to do so. ~ ♞☤☮♌Kalki·†·⚓⊙☳☶⚡ 11:32, 12 April 2014 (UTC) + tweaks[reply]

Inizio a pensare che er cavaliere nero delle cancellazioni dovrebbe seriamente passare qui da commons. Commons:Deletion policy, Commons:Deletion requests... io sto inziando a studiare le cancellazioni di ogni giorno. Comunque puoi sempre chiedere agli it-N di Commons:administrators per un parere preliminare se ha senso o meno quello che stai per fare. Credo che una volta cpaiti i giusti link sia anche più meccanico che per le voci. Se facessi i giusti elenchi tipo di utenti poco attivi e inattivi da anni probabilmente nemmeno verrebbero a lamentarsi della cancellazione.--Alexmar983 (talk) 18:34, 27 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Incontro a Cascina[edit]

Lo schema è lo stesso che ho già sottoposto qui, qui e qui sulla pagina di Supernino.
In pratica c'è da orfanizzare le bandierine PNG che si trovano nei template squadre sportive e, a seguire, per quelle che rimangano fuori dai template, eventualmente orfanizzarle via bot.
Ti rappresento inoltre la necessità di uniformare la sintassi dei nomi degli stemmini delle squadre di pallavolo femminile, che attualmente sono "Volley XXXX F" in "Volley femminile XXXXX" come già altre discipline hanno, vedi calcio e rugby. Come avrai notato, anche in quell'ambito ci sono iniziative di "difesa del territorio" che purtroppo non sono state valutate nella giusta luce. -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 08:04, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. Per non parlare poi dell'aspetto tecnico della produzione delle bandierine, questa per esempio è stata un dito nel culo, perché ho dovuto sostituirla a un'altra SVG che era piena di elementi raster e non potevo neppure aprirla in editor di testo avanzato, soltanto quello esadecimale ci riusciva, ma alla fine l'ho rifatta da capo completamente vettoriale....

Foto storica[edit]

Sicomme qui compare la Toremar e ci sono delle montagne dietro, mi viene il dubbio che possa essere l'Elba. Se non è l'Elba è un posto sulla costa, magari ci sei stato in quegli anni prima di trasferirti all'estero. Allora questa foto fa parte di alcune che anni fa sono riuscito a sistemare per la maggior parte. Sospetto che questa (e forse le altre dello stesso utente; sistemate anche nelle "Unidentified locations of Italy" e pure nella subcat "...in Tuscany") ritragga un posto sull'isola d'Elba. Gio è più o meno di quelle parti... ed è sicuramente più vecchio di me. Penso che al momento di tutti gli utenti attivi sia il più qualificato a riconoscere un foto di inizio anni Novanta dell'Elba (vedo una Fiat Uno, è del 1991 più o meno come modello no?), altrimenti posso pingarti quello di Grosseto se fossero località sulla costa sud, o ti trovo un utente dell'Elba meno attivo. A suo tempo ricordo che contattai anche l'autore della foto, un vecchietto tedesco o americano (non ricordo più) che però non si ricordava in che posto d'Italia (!!!) l'avesse scattata. Poi diverse altre le identificai perchè mostravano le stesse case del lungomare sull'isola d'Elba. Per le altre non mi azzardai... @DenghiùComm: @Alexmar983: Andando per esclusione mi pare Porto Azzurro, Banchina IV Novembre. Se andate su gugol map la sequenza di edifici dovrebbe essere da destra a sinistra, quello con la Toremar, quello oggi ha il pin Forti e Partners - Yacht and Shipbrokers Agency, il secondo non ha pin, il terzo l'Hotel Belmare (tetto piatto), il quarto coperto dai pini che oggi non ci sono più, il Comune. --НУРшЯGIO^{(beware of the moose)} 16:37, 18 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Sullo sfondo ci sono due cime montagnose molto caratteristiche che credo potrebbero essere determinanti per la conferma o l'esclusione dell'ipotesi suggerita. Il metodo "per esclusione" sinceramente non mi convince né lo applicherei. L'identificazione o é o non é.
