Goodies, tips, and tricks

Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.

Je vois que vous êtes en train de supprimer toutes les photos de la page Wikipédia pour violation de droits.

J'ai reçu l'accord (au téléphone) du propriétaire de la chocolaterie pour publier les photos de son site internet et les publier sur Wikipédia.

Comment puis-je faire pour prouver cela de manière écrite afin de respecter les règles de Wikipédia ?

Si pas possible, je changerai les photos pour des photos provenant de sources secondaires.

Bonjour, les images ne sont pas sous licence libre, vous avez cette page qui vous explique comment le photographe peut abandonner ses droits [1], cela implique que la photo pourra être reprise par n'importe qui, qui pourrait s'en servir, y compris commercialement sans que le propriétaire (photographe) puisse prétendre à quoi que ce soit - Pour mettre des images sur commons, il y a deux solutions, ou vous prenez vous même les photos, ou les photographes abandonnent leur droit, les photos provenant de sources secondaires sont rarement sont licence libre - Bonne continuation Lomita (talk) 07:27, 10 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Par la présente, je cherche à déclarer mes conflits d'intérêts auprès des administrateurs

Me passionnant pour l'art du chocolat et des chocolateries, j'ai décidé de rédiger un article Wikipédia au sujet d'une chocolaterie dans le sud de la France (Maison Duplanteur), dont j'apprécie beaucoup le concept (chocolats de la fève à la tablette).

C'était pour moi comme un passe-temps original parce que j'ai toujours voulu rédiger sur Wikipédia.

J'ai donc commencé à me renseigner pour rédiger l'article et j'ai demandé des informations auprès de cette chocolaterie qui a apprécié m'a démarche.

Ils m'ont donc proposé des missions en communication/ rédaction par la suite.

La page Wikipédia ne faisait pas partie de leurs objectifs.

Je suis en effet créateur/ rédacteur de contenu en tant qu'indépendant, société Digital Development.

Je travaille donc bien pour Maison Duplanteur mais je ne suis pas rémunéré pour la page Wikipédia.

Je souhaite tout de même continuer à la rédiger, de manière totalement neutre et dans les règles de l'art (pas de marketing).

En ce qui concerne les photos, j'ai reçu un accord de la chocolaterie pour les publier sur Wikipédia et qu'elles soient utilisables par tout le monde:

Attendez que la procédure de suppression arrive à son terme avant de rajouter de nouvelles images non libres de droit... Ca ne sert à rien de répondre à un bot, c'est un programme automatique.

Quand à l'autorisation, je doute qu'un document partagé sur google drive fasse l'affaire => suivez la procédure et attendez qu'une conclusion soit apportée. --NicoV (talk) 13:02, 10 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Les nouvelle images que j'ai rajouté sont en principe libres de droits maintenant mais entendu, je ne touche plus à rien avant la fin de la procédure.

J'attends les conclusions car je ne sais pas où publier l'attestation.
