Russian keyboard[edit]

Hello.
In modern parlance, “Russian keyboard” refers to a keyboard useful to type in Russian language, not to a keyboard made in the Russian Empire. You should know that there is no letters Ј, Ћ, and soft-sign ligatures in Russian. Moreover, you may not use the Criterion 3 for names which are more specific – it’s the condition which the Criterion 2 serves. Unfortunately the operator didn’t notice irregularity and proceeded with your request, which had certainly to be rejected as harmful. Incnis Mrsi (talk) 11:13, 31 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
