Hola Juampayo, el rótulo de la tienda no tiene un diseño creativo como para estar protegido, son solo letras. Y en el interior del escaparate tampoco se muestran (ni se ven con nitidez) objetos que pudieran tener copyright, así que no hay problema con la foto. Un saludo. Wikimedia Commons does not accept fair use content.

We do this because Commons is a shared media repository. Downstream wikis have different policies based on local laws. Uses that are acceptable under US law, for example, may not be acceptable in many other countries with more restrictive rules.

In addition, fair use is not compatible with our aim as a collection of freely distributable media files.

Therefore, Commons cannot legally rely on fair use provisions.

Non-free content that may be used with reference to fair use may be uploaded locally if your project allows this.

Reutilización de recursos subidos a Facebook[edit]

Hola, he visto que tienes experiencia subiendo imágenes a commons. Mi pregunta es como lo haces para subir una imagen propia a commons que también hayas compartido en una red social, para que un bot no te la borre por derechos de autor (estoy hablando de una imagen de propia autoría).

CuervoNN, te saludo cordialmente. Disculpa la demora. El tema es el siguiente: que Commons no tiene cómo comprobar que tú eres la misma persona que subió las fotos a Facebook o Instagram. Tú puedes decir que la cuenta de la red social es tuya pero con decirlo no basta. Yo podría crearme una cuenta de Facebook que diga que soy Luis Miguel pero no lo soy. Entonces, lo que tienes que hacer cuando subas una foto que ya esté en tu red social, envías una OTRS para que Commons pueda verificar que se trata de ti. Todo lo referente a las OTRS lo puedes encontrar aquí, pero cualquier duda que tengas referente a este tema o cualquier otro, no dudes en preguntarme nuevamente. Hola, Bedivere. Acabo de ver los problemas que mencionas acerca del etiquetado de mi foto File:2022-12-03 Saturday 01.47.27 (UTC-3) Los Piukenes (Temuco).jpg. Es correcto que indiqué un origen en el parámetro "fuente" del resumen. Ambos enlaces agregados a dicho parámetro, tanto en inglés como en español, llevan a la página de Instagram donde subí la foto original. En la descripción de la foto, en dicha cuenta de Instagram, está indicado que la publiqué bajo la licencia (CC BY 4.0). No sé si dicha licencia tengo que indicarla también en el parámetro "permiso" del resumen, además de la sección Licencia, en su página de Commons (lo indiqué desde un principio en la sección Licencia, y pensé que era redundante agregarlo, también, en el "permiso", teniendo en cuenta que, además, la mencioné en la "descripción" del resumen). Hola Juampayo. Lo que corresponde que pongas una plantilla de revisión de licencia dado que la fotografía fue publicada en otro portal y de hecho se cita como fuente. Si un revisor de licencias (license reviewer) le da el visto bueno, se mantendrá. Bedivere (talk) 16:21, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
