Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Made a mistake?

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.
Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Willkommen[edit]

Hallo Rudifried, herzlich willkommen in der WP. Danke für die Bilder von Schwaz. Falls du Lust hast und mit Schwaz fertig bist, es gäbe in der Umgebung noch einige weiße Flecken :-). z.B. im Bezirk Schwaz. Falls dich das Denkmallistenprojekt näher interessiert, findest du weitere Infos im Portal, Fragen zum Denkmallistenprojekt kannst du gerne auf der Diskussionsseite stellen, oder einfach mich fragen. Falls du Lust bekommen solltest, deine Bilder selbst in die Denkmallisten einzufügen, es gibt eine detaillierte Anleitung.

Damit das mit dem Fragen nicht so theoretisch bleibt, eine Frage von mir. Beim File:Stanzmannkapelle, Schwaz, Ortsteil Ried.JPG hast du die Bezeichnung Edenhofkapelle ersetzt, da aber das Bild weiter in der Denkmalliste von Schwaz eingebettet ist, dachte ich mir, das ist eine synonyme Bezeichnung zu Stanzmannkapelle. Wenn dem nicht so ist, dann gehört das Bild nicht in die Denkmalliste. Kannst du das bitte klarstellen?

Eine Anmerkung / Bitte hätte ich noch zu deinen Bildern. Aktuell gibt es auf Commons über 16 Millionen Medien, der Großteil Bilder. Namen wie File:Giebelseite.JPG oder File:Richtung Inn.JPG helfen nicht wirklich beim Auffinden von Bildern. Ich habe die zuletzt von dir hochgeladenen Bilder umbenannt, und würde mich über weitere Bilder mit aussagekräftigeren Namen freuen. lg --Herzi Pinki (talk) 21:22, 25 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

HALLO, HERZI PINKI! Als Neuling wollte ich natürlich nicht die Stanzmannkapelle umbenennen. Das ist der Begriff in der Denkmalliste. Der Obmann des Krippenvereines bezeichnet sie als Edenhofkapelle (Hofname).Du kannst aber ohne weiteres den Namen Stanzmann vorläufig belassen. Wenn ich etwas Neues erfahre, melde ich mich. Ich hoffe, es ist richtig, wenn ich mich hier auf dieser Seite melde. Ich habe einiges angeklickt, aber keine andere Möglichkeit gefunden dir zu antworten. Herzlichen Gruß! Rudifried

du machst das schon richtig, hier ist der Platz für die Antwort, Beantworten gibt es nicht, nur Bearbeiten. Danke für die Info. Du kannst deine Beiträge auf Diskussionsseiten einfach mit 4 Tilden ~~~~ signieren, daraus wird dann etwa Herzi Pinki (talk) 20:27, 26 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
