Thanks for uploading File:Bulgaria ,after balkan wars 1913-es.svg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.

If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.)

If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there.

Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you.

Maps of Vietnam War

Some time ago you translated maps of the Vietnam War to Spanish. At that time, these maps were not finished yet. Now they are, and so I recommand to update them now.--Antemister (talk) 16:53, 5 January 2017 (UTC)

Thank you for this file. By any chance, could you create an SVG version of this in English, or in other words - remake File:Kingdom of Galicia.png into svg? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus Talk 21:55, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

You can try creating the version yourself as the English text is available in the original file and SVG is a text file. All you need to do is open the file in a text editor (vi, geany, notepad...) and replace the Spanish text with the English one (you may want to use inkscape to do it, but it not really needed here). I would recommend waiting to see if these files get deleted though, to avoid wasting the effort if they are.--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 05:55, 30 January 2017 (UTC)
File:ReinoDeGalitzia.svg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Polska 992 - 1025-pt.svg

Czech map

Hi, I see you made a map in Spanish translated from this one. I made some corrections and added a legend. Would you mind to translate the latest version? Thank you--Ikonact (talk) 12:04, 14 December 2017 (UTC)

No problem, I will try to do it sometime next week.--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 22:38, 15 December 2017 (UTC)

In File:Paises con mayoría cristiana.svg, could you correct Azerbaijan because it is erroneously shown as a Christian majority country? The percentage of Christians in Azerbaijan is below 5% according to various academic sources and research companies. (It is shown as a nominally Muslim Shiite majority country in these sources, but it ranks among the least religious/most irreligious countries in the world according to these same sources as well.)

Done.--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 20:05, 23 January 2018 (UTC)

In File:Christian States.svg and File:State Religions.svg can you remove Argentina, Moldova, Slovakia and Cyprus because they do not have state religions?

Argentina does not have a state religion. According to Section 2 of the Constitution of Argentina,"The Federal Government supports the Roman Catholic Apostolic religion." but does not stipulate an official state religion, nor a separation of church and state: http://www.biblioteca.jus.gov.ar/argentina-constitution.pdf

Thank you. Artoxx (talk) 09:51, 22 January 2018 (UTC)

Forgive my impertinence, can you also you correct these two files? Artoxx (talk) 16:08, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
No problem, I just did it a moment ago (I hope I did not leave any country behind from the list).--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 20:06, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
Thank you very much for your updates! You have not left out any country. This is my last request, I will not bother you any more: I messed up File:Map of state religions.svg by reverting it. I thought this edition was up to date. Alas, I found out that it is not. Reverting an SVG file is the only thing I am able to do with an SVG file (which I don't know how to edit and upload in the first place), with the unintended messy results. Could you update it like the other two SVG files, by copying the very same countries? Artoxx (talk) 22:25, 23 January 2018 (UTC)
I am afraid I do not understand the request: the countries (Argentina, Moldova, Slovakia and Cyprus) are already in grey in that map, if I am not mistaken.--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 18:43, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
Yes, you are right. The haphazard revert I did, indeed removed Argentina, Moldova, Slovakia and Cyprus. However, Haiti and the Dominican Republic erroneously appeared as having state religions (Roman Catholicism) in the same edition, even though according to their constitutions they don't and nor is there any special status for a particular religion. Can you remove them, which will fix this last error?
Sources:
Article 30 of the Constitution of Haiti: https://www.constituteproject.org/constitution/Haiti_2012.pdf?lang=en
Article 45 of the Constitution of the Dominican Republic: https://www.constituteproject.org/constitution/Dominican_Republic_2015.pdf?lang=en
Thank you. Artoxx (talk) 22:31, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
I have just updated the map, they are shown in grey now.--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 22:51, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
Thank you very much for your edition, but 25 minutes later another user incorrectly included state atheism for Communist countries in the map. Separate maps already exist for that. Can you revert it? (Georgia needs to be removed as it still appeared in the previous edition.)
In both File:Christian States.svg and File:State Religions.svg, El Salvador erroneoulsy appears, which needs to be removed because it doesn't have a state religion. Article 26 of the Constitution of El Salvador does not declare the Catholic Church as a state religion: "The juridical personality of the Catholic Church is recognized. The other churches may obtain recognition of their personality in conformity with the law". Source: http://confinder.richmond.edu/admin/docs/ElSalvador1983English.pdf
Thank you. Artoxx (talk) 23:52, 26 January 2018 (UTC)
You can revert to and older version yourself, you have the available versions at the bottom of the file page (along with the link to upload a new version). I suggest for these simple changes you take a look at inkscape, which is pretty easy to use for these colour changes (simply open the map in the program, click to select the object (country) whose colour needs changing, select the eyedropper tool (icon in the toolbar) to select a colour and click on any gray country. Save the changes & upload the new version. As easy as that).--Rowanwindwhistler (talk) 10:07, 28 January 2018 (UTC)
