License of the music files from "Free Music"

Hi Raul, since you mentioned that the pages of "Free Music" (http://hebb.mit.edu/FreeMusic/) still viewable through the internet archive,
I read the pages and found that the music files from "Free Music" are not really distributed under CC-BY-SA 1.0

According to the page -> http://web.archive.org/web/20010921031852/http://hebb.mit.edu/FreeMusic/
The music files are distributed under "EFF OAL 1.0, or any later version"[1], until July, 2004. 

"The works herein, even those which do not currently have an ID3 or other tag, 
 are distributed under the terms of the EFF Open Audio License version 1.0, 
 or any later version, at your option."

Since July, 2004, they are distributed under CC-BY-SA 2.0[2].

The music files are distributed under CC-BY-NC-SA 2.5[3] after July, 2005, until the website closed.

So that, they are not distributed under CC-BY-SA 1.0,
but CC-BY-SA 2.0 (because you uploaded them before July, 2005 but after July, 2004 ).

Could you please help us to check it and find out whether it is true or not.
And if it is true, then please help us to correct the license tags of the music files.

Creative commons licenses are irrevocable. If those files were ever licensed under CC-BY-SA (which they were, both directly and indirectly, by virtue of the fact that they were licensed under the EFF OAL 1.0) then they will forever be licensed under that license. I know that CC licenses are irrevocable. BUT if these files are licensed under "EFF OAL 1.0, or any later version", then,
they should be directly licensed under EFF OAL 1.0[4] and indirectly licensed under CC-BY-SA 2.0,
because of the words "or any later version" and according to the page of the EFF OAL license[5], 

"EFF designates the 
 Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike license (which links to the page of CC-BY-SA 2.0) 
 as version 2.0 of the Open Audio License".

"Works licensed under "OAL, any version" can be used interchangeably with
 Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 2.0. "

Erroneously atributed Quality Image
