The tool was broken. The number of entries absolutely swamped the storage. I've tried to cut some down but you guys aren't watching your categories and they're slowly growing over time. I'm mostly watching it for correct categorisation and copyright violations, I actually rarely check how much items are in total in all of the categories as the ToolLabs website often doesn't work on my phablet. Why is there such a limitations on the tool if I might ask? User:Cabeza2000/Video_games

Exclusions from several categories

to exclude Category:Wikimedia Austria. Photos taken during meetups of that organization are not relevant to these galleries.

User:Cabeza2000/Video_games new exclusion

Getting overflow for a few days (25k to 30k per day), mainly because of overcategorization in films related categories that somehow end under videogames. Checked the first 5k from yesterday and I believe that adding the below exclusion will help.

I built the tool a long time ago when there were only a few categories and it scaled poorly. Honestly, it finds other paths and your category is just too broad. I need you to select more narrow categories. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 00:55, 15 July 2020 (UTC)

Vienna and the University of Athens

The new category Category:Honorary doctor of the University of Athens seems to provide a path for large numbers of movie industry related categories to end up related to Vienna through Category:Christian Hansen (architect) on one side and Category:Umberto Eco on the other. Since that category is misnamed (in the singular) and might be renamed according to Commons guidelines in the future, and since nothing else below Category:National and Kapodistrian University of Athens is related to Vienna either, please exclude that level.
