  • Pour File:Fear Effect 2 - Retro Helix.png et File:Portishead - Third.png :
    • Désolé, une illustration non-libre mais redessinée ne peut pas pour autant être placée sous une licence libre ou dans le domaine public. On est dans le cas d'un œuvre dérivée où s'applique à la fois le droit d'auteur du "redessinateur" et celui de l'auteur de l'œuvre initiale. Sinon ça ferait bien longtemps que par exemple l'article Tintin serait illustré par ce genre de reproductions.
  • Pour File:Lori s acid king.jpg :
    • Vous indiquez être l'auteur de la photo mais la source indiquée est un webzine russe.
  • Pour File:Logo mammouth destroyer.png :
    • Vous êtes peut-être vraiment l'auteur du logo de ce groupe, mais ce logo est dérivé de celui de l'ancien supermarché Mammouth. Ici aussi il s'agit d'une œuvre dérivée, qui ne peut donc pas être placé sous une licence libre sans l'accord des ayants-droits du logo original.

Bonjour,
  • Les illustrations Fear Effect 2 et Portishead sous Paint sont évidemment bonnes à supprimer. Par contre pour le copyvio en cas de redessin je ne savais pas, j'aurais appris cela
  • Le logo Mammouth Destroyer était encore là ? L'article utilisant le logo a été supprimé il y a des années, pour cause de non notoriété évidente (groupe de garage rock rural, "garage" étant à prendre au sens très premier du terme)
  • Pour la photo d'Acid King, j'avais simplement repris la photo de l'article Wikipedia anglais, c'est tout ce que je sais...

C'est encore moi,
J'ai trouvé des infos pour la photo d'Acid King. Le webzine n'est pas russe mais bulgare (c'est bon à savoir pour la traduction automatique !). La photo est issue de cette page. Le copyright spécifié en bas de page est « If you want something, do it. Just mention the source. ». On pourrait considérer cela comme une licence CC-by basique
Le problème est que j'ai comme l'impression que le site n'est pas l'auteur original de la photo...
... gagné ! la photo vient du site officiel (notez la résolution supérieure), "©2010 Acid King. All Rights Reserved.", bon, et bien voila...
