Hi Novaeprod,

Thanks for your reply-email. If the permission you already have, clearly states that you may upload the images under a free license (that allows even commercial use), then you may forward it directly to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. If the permission does not fulfil that condition, then you might take the permission template on Commons:Email templates, fill in the URLs of the respective images and the choosen license, mail it to the copyright holder and ask them to put their name and the date under it and mail it back to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org. --Túrelio (talk) 20:31, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
