Some problems with the upload of game's pictures

I was editing one portuguese page of Final Fantasy VIII and I was trying to make the copyright like the english page since that Final Fantasy VIII cover was accepted, but I didn't find a clue of what licence did they incorporate. What kind of licence is best suited for this kind of image?
