Grazie per i tuoi contributi sul Risorgimento, che colmano un vuoto. Ho però l'impressione che tu non abbia ancora chiaro come funzionino le licenze: ad esempio, se tu scrivi {{PD-Old}} tutta la pappardella che tu scrivi ogni volta sulla libertà da copyright appare da sola, in automatico. Quindi puoi fare a meno di aggiungerla.
Inoltre sarebbe opportuno che tu seguissi questo schema:

Descrizione della fotografia (anche solo in italiano, se preferisci). Se vuoi usare piu' di una lingua fai un elenco, mettendo un * all'inizio di ogni riga.

Per favore, dovresti togliere dalla categoria relativa alla città di Garibaldi in Sudamerica tutte le immagini di Giuseppe Garibaldi che ci hai ficcato. Per aggiungere una foto alla categoria relativa al generale italiano devi scrivere per intero il nome e cognome: "Category:Giuseppe Garibaldi". Non ci siamo, scusami

Gentile Mondelli, vedo che vai avanti per la tua strada senza interagire, ovvero senza degnarti di rispondere ai messaggi. Eppure farlo, oltre ad essere una questione di galateo, è anche una cosa nel tuo interesse. La buona fede si deve dare sempre per scontata, specie in un collaboratore che è nuovo, ma se dopo essere stati avvisati si perservera nello stesso comportamento, allora secondo i criteri di Commons si tratta di vandalismo. Spero che tu non voglia farti considerare tale, dico bene?

Ho notato che hai indicato come fonte delle immagini prive di fonte da te caricate un generico "Scansione", oppure hai indicato da che sito le hai prese ma senza specificare se tu abbia avuto un permesso dagli aventi diritto per farlo. Purtroppo questo non basta. Quando Commons ti chiede la fonte, ti chiede non da che sito hai preso l'immagine, bensì chi sia l'autore dell'immagine. Questo perché l'immagine è libera da diritto solo 70 anni dopo la morte dell'autore. Se non si conosce l'autore, non si conosce la data di morte, se non si conosce la quale, non si sa in che data siano scaduti i diritti. Ti chiedo quindi per cortesia di non caricare piu' immagini di cui non conosci l'autore. Sappi che verranno cancellate, in futuro, quindi è un doppio lavoro inutile: tuo che carichi, e degli adm che cancellano.

Per le immagini anonime, è sufficiente sapere che sono state edite anonimamente da almeno 70 anni; se le immagini sono apparse negli Usa, tutte le immagini edite prima del 1923 sono libere da diritti. Da questo punto di vista è molto utile usare immagini tratte da periodici, perché la data di pubblicazione lì è certa.

Se hai bisogno di un aiuto, sono a tua disposizione. Basta chiedere. Se non sai come fare a lasciarmi un messaggio, allora fai clic qui.

Infine sappi che anche tu, come tutti noi (la mia è qui), hai una pagina su cui è possibile verificare i tuoi contributi (qui) quindi verificare lo status dei tuoi uploads è abbastanza rapido.

Questa immagine di Gerolamo Induno è fuori diritti di riproduzione, essendo l'autore morto nel 1890. Puoi quindi cercare tutte le immagini prodotte da Gerolamo Induno, che era specializzato in temi risorgimentali, e caricarle su Commons senza infrangere nessun copyright. Grazie per la risposta (mi inquieta un poco il tuo lapsus: "Si, è un disegno di tua produzione ed è stata "anticato"...", ma dopo tutto sei tu che ti assumi la responsabilità di quanto dichiari, e tanto mi basta). In futuro dovresti cortestemente ricordarti di firmare sempre i tuoi posts, altrimenti i tuoi destinatari non riescono a rispondere. Si fa così: quando apri una pagina per scrivere, in cima appaiono dei quadratini. Se fai clic sul terzultimo, con il disegno di una scritta a mano, appare un simbolo, questo: --~~~~, che quando salvi il messaggio si trasforma automaticamente nella tua firma, nella data eccetera. Oltre tutto mi hai scritto senza esserti loggato, quindi ripescarti è stato possibile solo attraverso il log della foto che stavamo discutendo.

Per le altre foto, lo so che non sempre l'autore è conosciuto, ma questo è esattamente il problema che segnalavo. Non ti dico "è meglio non caricare su wikiCommons foto di autore sconosciuto", perché la regola non funziona così (esistono eccezioni e limitazioni a tale regola) ma per capirci sarebbe meglio ragionare così. Quello che ti suggerisco di fare è di ribaltare il tuo modo di ragionare, in modo da essere certo che in futuro non ti verranno cancellate le foto che stai caricando. Sappi che all'inizio ho caricato un sacco di roba che mi è stata cancellata anche io, sto solo cercando di spiegarti le regole in modo che il tuo lavoro non sia sprecato. Abbiamo bisogno di una ricerca che arricchisca l'iconografia del nostro Risorgimento, e della storia italiana in genere. Il mio suggerimento è: parti dagli autori specializzati nell'iconogrfia del Risorgimento (ce ne sono tanti) e che sono certamente fuori diritti (= morti da + di 70 anni), come i due Induno che ti segnalavo, e cerca in Rete che cosa abbiano prodotto, e carica su commons il "bottino" della tua caccia. Non ti chiedo di lavorare di piu', ma solo in modo diverso, in modo da essere certo di non aver lavorato per nulla (e non costringere gli altri a lavorare per cancellare il tuo lavoro sbagliato).

Per il caso Rattazzi che citi, diciamo che in quel singolo caso, se sei certo della data, è concesso rischiare. Anche io uso il criterio dei 70 anni + vita di 100 anni (bum!) - 20 anni per imparare a fotografare = almeno 150 anni fa. In quel caso specifico, "PD because of its age". Ma non è concesso abusare di questo criterio. Anche perché può essere sfavorevole: ricorda che quanto è stato pubblicato negli Usa fino al 1923, incluse foto o disegni di Garibaldi, è {{PD-US}}, potrebbe quindi essere piu' conveniente usare quello, semmai. Un esempio che ho appena caricato, del 1896.

Quello che voglio dirti, insomma, è che SEMBRA al primo approccio che WIkipedia non abbia regole ed ognuno possa fare di testa sua, invece le regole ci sono, e dovresti rispettarle anche tu. Se no, non rischi nessuna punizione, sia chiaro, ma "banalmente" la cancellazione delle tue immagini (ed almeno una ha già subito quella sorte per copyviol, ho visto).

Infine, okkio a quando trasferisci immagini da altre Wikipedie. Commons ha regole PIU' restrittive delle singole Wikipedie. Che possono seguire leggi sul diritto d'autore pi liberali (ad esempio, in Australia il copyright dura 50 anni, ma in Europa 70, e Commons segue la regola dei 70 anni). In Italia le foto non opera d'arte entrano nel PD dopo 20 anni. Su Commons questo non è accettato. Puoi perciò caricare una immagine in {{PD-Italia}} sulla Wikipedia Italiana, ma non su WikiCommons. Spero di essere stato chiaro.

Inoltre. Quando carichi da altre Wikipedie, devi copiare anche i dati del log di chi ha caricato l'immagine, a meno che tu la voglia caricare come cosa tua (in tal caso assumendoti la eventuale responsabilità di controversie suscitate dalla pubblicazione). Suggerisco infine, vedendo l'immagine di Garibaldi che hai recuperato da de.wiki, di usare il formato piu' grande disponibile, non la versione ridotta che hai caricato tu (ho già provveduto a correggere). Clicca sempre su una immagine, prima di scaricarla, per verificare che non ce ne sia una versione a maggiore definizione dietro.

Per finire: Hai mai preso in considerazione ebay come fonte di immagini? Va usata con i criteri che ti dicevo (SOLO opere nel pubblico dominio, non puoi rubare immagini di oggetti tridimensionali- considerate "opere dell'ingegno" anche se l'oggetto è antico) ma solo scansioni di immagini bidensionali (foto e incisioni), ma anche così settimana di materiale interessante ne passa parecchio. 95 immagini su 100 fanno schifo, o non sono nel PD, o tutte e due assieme, ed oltre a ciò va cancellato il watermark nell'angolino, ma quel 5% che rimane riserva sorprese notevoli! Speice quanto impari, dopo un poco, quali siano gli inserzionisti che offrono le immagini meglio scansite e con le attribuzioni piu' affidabili. Ciao. Non sono stato io a chiederne la cancellazione bensì l'utente Gildemax, come puoi vedere qui. Come ti spiegavo, queste sono proposte che ciascuno (anche tu) può fare. Prima della cancellazione c'è cmq una discussione ed un voto, e chi ha fatto l'upload ha il tempo per inserire le informazioni che mancano, o contestare la richiesta spiegando perché la foto non va cancellata. Anche se in questo caso c'è poco da discutere, perché la violazione è palese.

Il fatto che sia capitato a me di fare osservazioni su foto inserite da te (ma ho anche investito del tempo per spiegarti le regole, per risparmiarti che accadesse ancora in futuro) è accaduto solo perché in questo periodo io sto lavorando su Commons a rimettere un po' d'ordine nelle categorie relative alla storia d'Italia, e non perché io sia l'unico a farlo. Io oggi ho solo inserito quella moneta (che non era categorizzata da nessuna parte) nella categoria "Risorgimento italiano", e nient'altro.

Nel caso che tu segnali forse c'è un qui pro quo, perché non sembra che stiamo parlando della stessa immagine. Nella fonte indicata io non leggo quello che dici tu, bensì, leteralmente: "Tutti i diritti sono riservati all'autore originario. Non è possibile riutilizzare questa immagine al di fuori di questo sito web senza permesso dell'autore." Quindi questo è un palese caso di violazione di copyright. Che è possibile superare, semplicemente chiededo il permesso all'autore. Cosa che però dovrebbe fare chi ha caricato l'immagine, o qualcuno che vuole che essa non sia cancellata, per esempio tu. Nella pagina di cui mi dai il link, io leggo, in fondo: "Licenza di utilizzo del materiale presente in questo sito. Per informazioni od osservazioni contattate numismatica@gmail.com Se hai apprezzato questo sito, lascia un messaggio nel nostro registro delle visite! Questa pagina è stata visitata 6912 volte". In altre parole, confermano che loro concedono l'uso delle loro immagini, ma che va fatta richiesta. Che qui invece è mancata.

Infine, la questione relativa al fatto che la Repubblica è morta nel 1849 e quindi l'immagine è fuori diritti. Qui va fatta una distinzione. L' oggetto è fuori diritti, e può essere riprodotto. Ad esempio, tu potresti farne un calco e venderlo. Questo lo puoi fare. Invece se scatti una fotografia, trattandosi di un oggetto tridimensionale e non bidimensionale, tu detieni i diritti d'autore su quella immagine. Dunque, chi ha scattato quella foto, può reclamare il copyright sulla foto stessa. Non sull'oggetto, o su una foto fatta da altri allo stesso oggetto (per esempio, se tu fai una foto alla moneta e la doni a Commons, loro non possono pretendere nulla); ma sulla sua propria foto in quanto tale sì. Concludendo: non esiste un "copyright holder" sulla moneta, però su quella singola immagine che la riproduce sì.
