Hello

Some years ago, you identified this species in Egypt as Ziziphus lotus.

I am pretty used to seing Ziziphus lotus in southeastern Spain, where I live, and this plant depicted in your picture seems weird to me. I am not sure if that is because there are regional differences or because the plant is misidentified. I would say that the plant in your picture is Ziziphus jujuba, but I would like to discuss that with you.
