Собственно, по разрешению 2009061510020628 фотографии можно использовать, я получила ответ. Хотя если это первая публикация, автор сам мог её проделать — но, насколько понимаю, он не слишком горит желанием делать это самостоятельно, а вы решили помочь. Насколько валидны такие разрешение — судить не возьмусь, но меня гложат сомнения, что в случае претензий никаким доказательством или аргументом они быть не смогут :) --LEMeZza (talk) 09:42, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Доказательством чего? Да не будет нормальный обычный человек в возрасте (за 50), занятый делами, сам сканировать, выкладывать, изучать лицезии, заполнять шаблоны ВП, в итоге напутает обязательно, потом спорить с администраторами, тратить кучу времени - никому это даром не надо. Поэтому это сделал я. Другого варианта нет, к сожалению. И так со всеми серьёзными людьми, которым не до виртуальности - иногда их удаётся упросить дать разрешение на интересные фотографии, чаще всего нет. --Vizu (talk) 09:48, 22 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Доказательством авторства. Я всё понимаю про возраст и прочее, Виктор, поэтому и благополучно закрыла тикет, разрешение есть, пользуйтесь. Здорово, что вы смогли уговорить и получить эти фотографии.
