Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.

@Sbb1413: , this file is free to use. It is an official work of department of urban development and municipal affairs, Government of West Bengal. This work was released in its official website, whose copyright policy is given below-

@DaxServer: , the copyright policy clearly states that it can be redistributed free of charge. Restriction is only accurate use(this accurate means don't use in misleading manner, it doesn't mean you can not use the file partially for derivative works). Files from pib.gov.in website can be reproduced though the copyright string is the same [see Template:GODL-India and Template:ID-PIB]. Hence it can be also used. @DaxServer: you have requested it for speedy deletion under the reason F4. Failed license review which states the licence being 'non-free', restriction on 'commercial use' and 'derivative work', both three are not applicable here as both three are allowed according to the copyright policy of the governmental website. @DaxServer: GODL India is only applicable for the works of central government of India,not for the state governments. You probably misunderstood my statement. I used GODL India as an example and tried to say that if GODL India can be used for same copyright string of Indian governmental work, then work of Kerala government with same copyright string can also be used.
