You don't need technical skills in order to contribute here. Be bold when contributing and assume good faith when interacting with others. This is a wiki.

Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.

Oppose - COM:BP requires an understanding of the issue and a credible commitment to discontinue. This request addresses none of the issues, which are substantial and glaring; for example:
- 13:01, 19 June 2020 - You upload File:Ucmg.logo.jpg;
- 15:17, 23 June 2020 - It is deleted as a copyvio;
- 00:00, 2 August 2020 - You create a Flickr account, kaioduartecosta101, and upload the image there;
- 17:08, 2 August 2020 - You reupload the image here as File:UCMG Logotipo.png, using that Flickr account to Flickr wash the logo;
- 22:38, 22 November 2020 - You upload a "1944" version of the logo as File:Logotipo da UBES 1944.jpg;
- 08:16, 23 November 2020 - The "1944" version is deleted;
- 00:00, 25 November 2020 - You create a different Flickr account, UCMG, and upload the image there;
- 16:59, 26 November 2020 - You recreate the "1944" image here as File:Logotipo da UCMG 1944.jpg, using that Flickr account to Flickr wash the logo.

No reasonable person who genuinely had permission would have acted in this manner. Further, that you received permission ("they themselves gave a license to publish their images") demonstrates your self claims (e.g., File:UCMG Logotipo.png) were untruthful (and, indeed, a breach of the purported cc-by-sa 2.0 license--"by" means attribution is required). If I had known of the second Flickrwashing account at the time of the block, it would have been indefinite. Whether deception or lack of competence, this is entirely unacceptable.
