You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Some advice

Hi. I have some advice for making flags of municipalities of Japan:

1.You may use the script User:Sreejithk2000/JustReplace.js to replace raster images with vector images. Just copy/paste importScript('User:Sreejithk2000/JustReplace.js'); to Special:MyPage/common.js.

2. The proportion of most flag images upload by Mti are inaccurate. Usually each flag has a proportion of 2:3 and the height of the emblem is 60% or 70% of the flag width. You can measure them from actual images of the flags.

The appearance is fine. But the source code is not optimized. The viewBox is unnecessary. The white background is has x/y-coordinates slightly greater than 0 and is not exactly 900x600px. You should set all units to px and set "Scale x" to 1 in "Document Properties" from the beginning.--Mike Rohsopht (talk) 06:52, 13 September 2022 (UTC)

Hey Mike, I'm here again to ask something. I'm having some trouble using the "JustReplace" script and I would like some help replacing this file with this one. I'm not sure what to do, and I'm a bit "scared" since my name has been showing up in the AbuseLog.

Could you please replace it and tell me what you did to make it work?
