Hi Ms. Gawron;

             I have spent 6 weeks in Bishkek a few years ago. I love the country.

 I was advised against visiting the South with my wife where she is from. We are 

 going back in a few years.  I am an Italian American..would it be safe for me

 to visit and maybe live in Osh or in Butkan...what about Bishkek?
