OTRS[edit]

Ti conviene aprire un ticket su OTRS indicando esattamente la tua qualifica di erede e concedendo per i quadri elencati la licenza CC-BY-SA. Da notare che il ticket non è cumulativo, quindi vanno indicati esattamente i dipinti per i quali concedi liberatoria e, se ne carichi di nuovi, va fatto un nuovo ticket con i nuovi dipinti da aggiungere. -- SERGIO ^{(aka the Blackcat)} 14:40, 15 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

In Italia non si è mai capito bene se viga la proprietà intellettuale (tesi sostenuta dai tedeschi che mettono NoFOP a man salva sulle foto di qualsiasi edificio di proprietà dello Stato o delle amministrazioni pubbliche in Italia fatte da architetto vivente o stirato da meno di 70 anni) oppure la proprietà del bene e basta (per la quale è il proprietario del manufatto che ha l'ultima parola). Io farei presente ai signori della Cariplo che il quadro è di artista di cui tu sei il legittimo erede e, per fare il signore, concedi loro di tenerlo esposto e pubblicato ma gradiresti che quantomeno appare per gentile concessione degli eredi. Ciao, avevo immaginato che fossi in un momento con altro a cui pensare, proprio per questo ho agito come hai potuto vedere; purtroppo dal Tuo gentile messaggio capisco di aver agito male. Ho capito di aver mancato di sensibilità e per questo ti chiedo sentitamente scusa. Ti pregherei di accettare le scuse perchè ho visto l'enorme mole di lavoro che hai svolto, godi di tutto il mio rispetto (per quanto poco possa valere), mi interessano moltissimo gli argomenti che tratti e mi piacerebbe, e sarebbe un onore per me, discuterne e collaborare con te in futuro. Ho sicuramente tanto da imparare da Te, avrei tante domande da porti, spero di non aver rovinato irrimediabilmente un rapporto che avrei voluto iniziare e coltivare. Sperando che possa aiutarti a perdonarmi, vorrei spiegarti come ho agito e perchè: inizialmente ero partito bene, avevo posto i miei dubbi sulla pagina di discussione, poi non avendo risposte ho chiesto aiuto ad un tutor, mi ha consigliato bene ma io non ottenendo ancora risposte non sono riuscito a domare la mia impazienza e, dopo aver riletto e interpretato (fin qui spererei ancora bene) i dettami di wikipedia ho proceduto come hai visto arricchendo (secondo me)la voce e spiegando i concetti che Tu avevi posto. Poi non avendo ancora riscontri e non digerendo quell'immagine ho provato a toglierla, non riuscendovi ho poi inserito quel template, quando ho visto come risultava ho avuto dei dubbi e mi sono pentito, tanto che quando è stata creata la discussione non ho rincarato la dose ma ormai era tardi. A mio modo di vedere le cose i miei peccati sono stati l'inconpetenza e la mancanza di galateo, la presunzione dovuta all'eccesso di zelo ma non, credimi, alla ricerca di gloria o tanto meno la volontà di ferire. L'ignoranza non deve mai essere una scusa ma ti assicuro che con il tempo posso migliorare, in fondo qui sono ancora un super neofita e anche se ho letto tutte le regole e gli aiuti devo ancora capirne bene qualche parte. Dunque Ti assicuro che ciò che mi ha spinto ad agire in quel modo e anche a contribuire su Wikipedia è solo la volontà di prestarsi alla conoscenza e al bene comune e che d'ora in avanti starò bene attento a non strafare. Anche caricando l'immagine ho agito con la scarsa conoscenza del mezzo tipica del principiante che qui sono, non ho citato la fonte e ho fatto altri errori, Ti vorrei assicurare però che si tratta di un quadro buono, dipinto in modo riconducibile in modo inequivocabile a Conte e comunque pubblicato su questo catalogo: Comune di Genova a cura di G. Beringheli e M. Chianese, Dante Conte 1885-1919, Tipografia Nicoloso, Recco 2005. Di Conte, proprio per la sua storia, sono numerosi i quadri falsi, qualcuno, più vicino ai suoi modi, è anche purtroppo avallato da vendite e pubblicazioni più o meno accreditate ma ti prego di credermi che nessuno che abbia visto almeno dieci opere di Conte potrebbe scambiare quel quadro di cui parliamo per buono, la costruzione e la pennellata di quel dipinto sono inconfondibilmente non sue. Spero di aver chiarito ma ancor di più che Tu possa perdonarmi. E' chiaro che sono a Tua disposizione per qualsiasi cosa io possa essere utile. Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Licenze[edit]

Ciao Carlomartini86, grazie per aver caricato File:D'ylenMarsalaFlorioParis1920c.jpg e File:D'ylenFernetBrancaParis1922.jpg, noto che hai messo come licenza la CC-BY-SA 4.0, tuttavia è una licenza che non ha molto a che fare con quelle riproduzioni che hai preso da internet di manifesti illustrati da Jean D'Ylen. Dato che l'autore è morto da oltre 70 anni, l'opera originale ricade nel Pubblico Dominio, è ugualmente caricabile su Commons, ma la licenza più appropriata sarebbe la PD-art, leggi Commons:When_to_use_the_PD-Art_tag.
