Invitación a Ceremonia de premiación e inauguración de Exposición WLM Perú[edit]
Estimados wikimedistas! Estamos contentos de anunciarles que, después de varios días de trabajo intenso, tenemos el placer de convocar a la ceremonia de premiación de las personas ganadoras del concurso Wiki Loves Monuments Perú 2016, nuestra primera edición para Perú, que se realizará en el marco de la inauguración de la Exposición fotográfica Wiki Loves Monuments.
La ceremonia se realizará el día sábado 18 de febrero a las 17.00 hrs en la explanada del Complejo Arqueológico Mateo Salado y posteriormente ofreceremos una recepción para compartir con ustedes nuestro más sincero agradecimiento.
Esperamos contar con su distinguida compañía y participación. Para la ceremonia esperamos que las personas ganadoras puedan compartir brevemente el contexto de la fotografía y la experiencia sobre su participación en el concurso.

Wiki Loves Monuments 2017 in France : Villa Savoye[edit]
Bonjour et merci pour votre participation à Wiki loves Monuments.
Cette œuvre de Le Corbusier, mort en 1965, ne peut être diffusée sous licence libre. En effet, la loi sur le droit d'auteur en France interdit toute diffusion de reproductions d'une œuvre sans le consentement de l'auteur ou de ses ayant-droits, et ce jusque 70 ans après le décès de l'auteur (pas de liberté de panorama). Sauf cas particulier, cette photo sera restaurée sur Wikimedia Commons en 2036.

J'ai toutefois dû retirer votre photo File:Provins-medieval house in the village.jpg du concours car elle ne correspond pas à un monument historique, en effet d'après la photo elle est située 6 rue couverte et d'après la liste des MH de Provins il n'y a pas de MH à cette adresse.

Wiki Loves Monuments ti aspetta, con centinaia di nuovi comuni fotografabili[edit]
Gentile CEllen, ti ringraziamo ancora una volta per la tua passata partecipazione a Wiki Loves Monuments (WLM). Il più grande concorso fotografico del mondo si svolge anche questo settembre per documentare e promuovere il patrimonio culturale italiano, con una licenza copyright libera.
Quest'anno è doppiamente facile partecipare: gli oggetti fotografabili coprono quasi 1000 comuni in più, grazie all'adesione di centinaia di nuovi enti fra cui Roma, e alla possibilità di fotografare circa 2000 alberi monumentali. Controlla le liste di monumenti fotografabili! Carica tutte le foto che hai e magari organizza una visita presso i monumenti che ancora non hanno una foto.
Quest'oggi il Parlamento europeo ha respinto la proposta di estendere la libertà di panorama. E allora scattiamo e pubblichiamo tutte le foto che possiamo, almeno per questi monumenti per cui ci è legalmente consentito!

First of all I must apologise for my late reply.
Please find below the answers to the questions.
1. I have lots of pictures from lots of places, with amazing monuments. And France is one of these places. Maybe that's why I have chosen to participate in the French contest. Or maybe because I like France a lot and because it's the place I have lived in for 3 years; or maybe because of my recent visit and my new shots of some monuments in Paris. I think that these are the reasons and not only. Also maybe because is very important to collect as many images of cultural heritage as possible and share it free to the world.
2. From my point of view, Paris (and Ile de France) is the best place to spend the European Heritage Days. As so, this year I have decided to have a city break here especially for this event. Beside seeing some old friends, I did what I enjoy the most: to visit the monuments and the Parisian areas that I like the most (Sacré Cœur and Montmartre). I also took advantage of the fact that some places are open especially for this occasion (like UNESCO headquarter). I uploaded images from all the monuments I've visited and I was surprised to discover that I'm among the WLM French 2018 winners with the ceiling image from Saint Jean de Montmartre church. It was my second time visiting the church, but it was the first time having the camera with me. I guess it was a lucky shot!
3.Yes. I have uploaded images also for WLM Albania, Romania and Switzerland. I would have loved to participate in many other countries, but I didn't have time to look over all the other photos I have from other countries I have travelled to. But I will until next year!
4. I like a lot these projects (WLM and WLE) and I think that is very important to collect as many images of cultural heritage as possible. I imagine it was a difficult to select 10 best photos and I'm sure there were lots of others that were very good. I like a lot some of the WLM French images and the story behind them and I'm thankful for having one photo among them. I liked and I do encourage the award ceremony for this contest. Even though I was not able to come, I did followed you online, on live streaming.
In my opinion, you are doing a great job!

Wiki Loves Monuments France 2019[edit]
Bonjour,
Le concours Wiki Loves Monuments France est de retour et ouvert jusqu'à 31 septembre ! Déjà 8309 photos ont été importés cette année, vous aussi rejoignez le concours !
Le concours concerne tous les monuments présents dans la base Mérimée (qu'ils soient classés, inscrits ou simplement classés). De l'imposant château aux ruines industrielles, de la chapelle au coin de la rue aux mégalithes en forêt, c'est un impressionnant patrimoine qui attend d'être photographié et documenté. Où que vous soyez il y a des monuments autour de chez vous. Enfin, vous pouvez mettre en ligne autant de photos que vous le souhaitez de ces monuments. Pour information, le règlement est disponible sur le site du concours. Nous attendons vos photos avec impatience !
Les plus belles photos seront sélectionnées par un jury national composé d'amateurs et de professionnels, de contributeurs à Wikimedia Commons et d'acteurs du patrimoine. Un jury international sélectionnera ensuite des meilleures photographies mondiales.
Si vous avez des questions, l'équipe organisatrice se fera un plaisir d'y répondre.

Gentili fotografi, un ultimo aggiornamento in vista dei prossimi week end. Segnaliamo che dal primo settembre si sono aggiunti per WLM2019 nuovi beni a Pescia, Cascina, Careggine, Pomarance, Vinci e Castelfiorentino. Sono inoltre state trascritte delibere provenienti per la prima volta anche dai comuni di Massa, Carrara, Rufina, Follonica e San Vincenzo. Date un'occhiata perché non è escluso che arrivino ancora altre adesioni integrative all'ultimo minuto.

oggi ti scrivo a nome dell'associazione Wikimedia Italia per ringraziarti di aver partecipato a Wiki Loves Monuments Italia. Il tuo contributo è particolarmente apprezzato perché hai caricato molteplici foto per Wiki Loves Monuments.
Come piccolo omaggio avremmo piacere di spedirti una copia (tutta in carta riciclata) del libro di Carlo Piana, Open source, software libero e altre libertà. Fornisci un recapito per ricevere una copia del libro.
Il libro comprende anche un capitolo sul tuo lavoro! Si parla infatti di libertà di panorama, cioè la libertà di fare e diffondere foto come le tue, ma tutto l'anno e su tutti i monumenti d'Italia. Continua la preparazione di Wiki Loves Monuments per il 2020. Manca una settimana alla partenza e per chi fosse già in giro ricordiamo le nuove località aderenti, già riportate nelle nostre liste in costante aggiornamento. Nel 2020 hanno completato l'iter di ampliamento le amministrazioni di Cascina, Pomarance, Pescia, Empoli, San Quirico d'Orcia, Chiusi, Santa Fiora e Piombino, mentre hanno aderito per la prima volta a tempo indefinito il Museo delle Aviotruppe di Pisa e i comuni di Pescaglia, Gallicano, Camaiore, Santa Croce sull'Arno, Casale Marittimo, Quarrata, Montelupo Fiorentino, Buonconvento, Pratovecchio Stia, Sansepolcro, Castiglion Fiorentino, Anghiari, Badia Tedalda e Campiglia Marittima. Ci sono anche adesioni solo per il 2020 di alcune dimore storiche attorno a Pisa. Risultano al momento richieste formali o informali di partecipazione o ampliamento della copertura da un'altra ventina di enti e amministrazioni, alcune delle quali potrebbero concretizzarsi nelle prossime due settimane. Fate attenzione che alcune delle adesioni solo per l'edizione 2019 nel nord della provincia di Prato e del comune di Massa non saranno probabilmente confermate, ma non sono ancora state rimosse dalle liste. Qui il video promozionale del 2019 e qui quello della nuova edizione. Il prossimo aggiornamento riporterà i volantini in più lingue e gli ultimi sviluppi sulle adesioni. Septembrie 2020: A început Wiki Loves Monuments în România![edit]
Deși trecem prin momente dificile în aceste vremuri imprevizibile generate de pandemia de COVID-19, competiția Wiki Loves Monuments are loc și anul acesta, implicit și în România.
Am fi încântați dacă ați participa și în acest an la documentarea fotografică a patrimoniului nostru cultural construit. Întrucât o carantină nu este programată în România, puteți să ieșiți în continuare să faceți fotografii - luând toate măsurile de siguranță recomandate de autoritățile locale de sănătate. Dacă preferați să evitați ieșirile, cu siguranță aveți fotografii cu monumente înregistrate pe calculator din ultima călătorie! Aceasta este o oportunitate excelentă de a le oferi o a doua viață prin concursului Wiki Loves Monuments. Pe lângă faptul că vor fi vizibile pentru toată lumea, fotografiile dumneavoastră ar putea reprezenta România în competiția internațională. De asemenea ele pot apărea în diverse articole la Wikipedia și pot contribui la conservarea online a patrimoniului cultural și istoric al României.

Gazie alla preparazione e al vostro impegno, WLM è un successo in regione anche per questa edizione. Siamo stabilmente primi per caricamenti a livello nazionale: qui potete vedere alcune statistiche. Al momento risultano più reattive le province di Livorno, Siena, Pisa, Prato e Firenze. Fra i nuovi beni aderenti confermati, e inseriti nelle liste, segnaliamo i comuni di Castel del Piano, Montignoso e la Domus Mazziniana di Pisa. Ci sono nuovi beni anche dal comune di Santa Fiora. Sono comunque in corso le verifiche sulla proprietà di alcuni edifici religiosi. C'è invece un aggiornamento nella lista di San Vincenzo, che aveva autorizzato annualmente nel 2019 e ha ridotto i beni aderenti. Per quanto riguarda le foto panoramiche, vengono smistate direttamente nelle categorie dei comuni e richiedono maggiore manutenzione, quindi vi preghiamo se possibile la cortesia di posticipare il loro caricamento a fine mese quando avremo più tempo di occuparcene. La campagna sociale in concerto su tutti e tre i canali (per Facebook la pagina Wiki Loves Toscana) prevede ogni quattro giorni una serie divulgativa sulle foto delle edizioni precedenti in bianco e nero (caricate progressivamente qui su Commons) alternata a una serie sulle foto migliori dell'edizione in corso. Ogni giorno nel tardo pomeriggio o prima serata solo su Twitter e Facebook (gruppo ToscanaWiki) viene inoltre postata una foto fra quelle giunte predligendo varibailità di luogo e tema. Siamo stabilmente secondi per caricamenti a livello nazionale: qui e qui si possono consultare alcune statistiche. Al momento risultano meno reattive le province di Prato e di Grosseto. Fra i nuovi beni inseriti nelle liste segnaliamo da parte dei comuni sempre più ampliamenti rispetto alle nuove adesioni, mentre continuano ad aggiungersi sempre più beni privati. Tutte le liberatorie annunciate da quest'anno anche su Instagram sono da ritenersi verificate. Potrebbero arrivare comuni a fine mese al momento ancora in via di approvazione. Per quanto riguarda le foto panoramiche, vengono inviate direttamente nelle categorie dei comuni e richiedono spesso la creazione di varie sottocategorie; per questo motivo vi preghiamo di non inviare troppe foto simili, dovendole in seguito smistare a mano. La campagna sui tre canali sociali (per Facebook sia pagina che gruppo) prevede come nel 2020 una serie divulgativa con le foto delle edizioni precedenti in bianco e nero (caricate qui su Commons) alternata a una serie sulle foto migliori dell'edizione 2021, inframmezzate con più infografiche generali. Ogni giorno solo su Twitter e Facebook (gruppo ToscanaWiki) viene inoltre postata una foto fra quelle giunte prediligendo variabilità di luogo e tema. Qui i volantini in più lingue.

Plus que quelques jours pour participer à Wiki Loves Monuments France ![edit]

Le concours Wiki Loves Monuments France est ouvert pour une semaine encore, jusqu'au 30 septembre. Déjà plus de 6 000 photos ont été importées cette année alors vous aussi rejoignez le concours ! Cette campagne de contribution concerne tous les monuments et objets mobiliers présents dans la base Mérimée et dans la base Palissy. De l'imposant château aux ruines industrielles, de la verrière décorative au reliquaire, c'est un impressionnant patrimoine qui attend d'être photographié et documenté. Vous pouvez dès à présent mettre en ligne autant de photos que vous le souhaitez de ces monuments et objets du patrimoine français. Nous attendons vos photos avec impatience !
Les plus belles photos seront sélectionnées par un jury national composé d'amateurs et de professionnels, de contributeurs à Wikimedia Commons et d'acteurs du patrimoine. Un jury international constituera ensuite une sélection des meilleures photographies mondiales.

L'edizione 2022 di Wiki Loves Monuments ha concluso giorni fa il suo processo selettivo. Quest'anno non abbiamo segnalato in corso d'opera perché abbiamo avuto delle metriche di adesione molto più alte rispetto agli ultimi anni, quindi incentivare il caricamento sarebbe stato controproducente per i partecipanti più occasionali. Probabilmente il prossimo anno ci sarà un calo fisiologico, e conviene pertanto preparare i vostri scatti per il 2023. I semifinalisti, come ogni edizione, sono invitati alla cerimonia di premiazione che quest'anno si terrà nel tardo pomeriggio di sabato 28 gennaio p.v. a Montespertoli (FI) presso il Museo della Vite e del Vino. Wiki Loves Folklore is an international photography contest hosted on Wikimedia Commons to document folklore and intangible cultural heritage from around the world, such as folk festivals, folk dances, folk music, folk activities, folk games, folk cuisine, folk wear, folktales, folk games, folk religion, mythology, and many more.
The campaign invites participants to document photographs, videos, and audios linked to folk culture and fit within the contest's theme. Lo scorso anno non avevamo segnalato l'inizio del concorso perché abbiamo avuto delle metriche di adesione più alte rispetto agli ultimi anni, quindi incentivare il caricamento sarebbe stato controproducente per i partecipanti più occasionali. Anche quest'anno l'adesione è stata alta (anzi nettamente più alta), probabilmente perché c'erano molte foto di chiese (la novità di quest'anno) negli archivi dei partecipanti storici e per questo non è stato inviato un messaggio durante settembre, mantenendo la strategia di massimizzare la promozione durante gli anni di minore partecipazione. I finalisti son stati nel frattempo selezionati e annunciati. Qui troverete il riepiligo con i vincitori. L'edizione 2023 di Wiki Loves Monuments si concluderà a breve con la cerimonia regionale.
