Flickr uplaod bot not uploadig[edit]

See File:Turks' cap White-Skipper (Heliopetes macaira) ventral.jpg. It's adding the license info and removing it from Category:Image pages created for Flickr upload bot without files but that's it. Rocket000 (talk) 22:04, 9 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Problems with photos[edit]

Hi, Bryan. I need help, because i have uploaded a lot of photos, but some of the photos isn't upload. I uploades they at 9 April. Can you help me?

You must have done something wrong. You have to save the image description page that you are redirected to, then click on a link on that page. --Apoc2400 (talk) 11:51, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]


problem with photo[edit]

I cant get this photo uploaded, http://www.flickr.com/photos/daveseven/3442023725/ I have tried with Flickr tool and with basic upload but it always complaints about photo file name "You do not have permission to do that, for the following reason: The name of the file you are uploading begins with PICT, DSC, image, ..., which is a non-descriptive name typically assigned automatically by digital cameras. Please choose a more descriptive name for your file." anyone have idea whats wrong, the file has suitable name. --Typ932 (talk) 17:06, 20 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

FlickreviewR - Many Pictures are not from Flickr[edit]

Hello, I have a problem with FlickreviewR. He put many pictures in the category:Unsourced Flickr images reviewed by FlickreviewR which have nothing to do with flickr: for example File:Anhso.net_2020_19420092298999_l.jpg or often OpenStreetmaps like File:Washington_Park_map.png in most pictures in the group: Category:Unsourced_Flickr_images_reviewed_by_FlickreviewR is nowhere the word flickr.

Why was in this pictures the tag {{flickrreview}}? In the history of these files I don't find anything why or how or how this tag came into these files. There is allways the edit from flickrreview to User:FlickreviewR/reviewed-nosource by User:FlickreviewR Can somebody explaine this? Thanks for your help. HBR (talk) 22:11, 21 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

CommonsDelinker edit summaries on Commons[edit]

It seems that when CommonsDelinker removes deleted images, it prepends the "commons:" interwiki prefix to all wikilinks in the deletion summary. The only problem is that it does it also here on Commons, leading to broken links.

What we really need is a interwiki link prefix for Commons that can be safely used on all projects (maybe "wmc:"?). In the mean time, however, would it be possible to fix CommonsDelinker not to prepend the "commons:" prefix when editing here on Commons? —Ilmari Karonen (talk) 18:43, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
