Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Thank you for providing images to Wikimedia Commons. Please keep in mind that images and other files on Commons must be under a free license and should be useful to the Wikimedia projects. To allow others to use your files, some additional information must be given on the description page. Most importantly:

• Describe what it is about in a short sentence. (What does the image show?)
• State the author and the date of creation. If you made it yourself, say so explicitly. If it is from another Wikimedia user, link to the person's local user page. Best to use CommonsHelper.
• If you did not create the file yourself, state the source you got it from.
• Add a copyright tag - images without an appropriate license tag will be deleted.
• Add the image to one or more gallery pages and/or appropriate categories, so it can be found by others. To find out where an image belongs, you can use CommonsSense.

If you copied the file from another wiki, please copy all information given there and say who uploaded it to that wiki. Use CommonsHelper.

It is recommended to use Template:Information to put that information on the description page. Have a look at Template talk:Information for details of the use of this template.

You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file.

Please add as much information as possible. If there is not sufficient information, the file may have to be deleted. For more information, follow the Commons:First steps guide. If you need help or have questions, please ask at the Help desk.

Earle House pictures

Hi! I've added comments at Commons:Deletion requests/File:Earle House (Canehill, Arkansas) .jpg and Commons:Village Pump#Earle House, Cane Hill, Arkansas. You can click on "Edit" on most files on Wikipedia and on Commons, and edit their text information pretty much like a Wikipedia article. (You just can't edit the image itself.) Your own upload has been renamed to File:Earle House, Canehill, Arkansas.jpeg. So you can now go to en:Earle House (Canehill, Arkansas) (the Wikipedia article), edit it, and replace "Earle House (Canehill, Arkansas) .jpg" with "Earle House, Canehill, Arkansas.jpeg" and, when you preview it, your own photo should be there instead. Hi! Welcome to our online community and thanks for the upload. I appreciate you catching my erroneous photo. Would you be interested in taking more photos around Canehill or the area? I have only been out that way once and I missed a few of the historic properties. If you are interested in history, there is lots of editing to be done on Arkansas articles on Wikipedia.
