Overwrite

Hello,

I am sorry to tell you but you can't just overwrite a images because you don't want it on Commons anymore. You released the image under a free license you can't revoke the license. So I reverted your actions I hope you understand.

You can start a Deletion request, there is a small chance that the image will be deleted if you have good reasons. If you need any help or have just a question feel free to come to my talkpage.

2023 MUTCD

Greetings. I noticed your comments on a few file talk pages about sign numbers changing under the latest revision of the MUTCD. I've attempted to find a draft or other copy, but with little luck.
