Your claim "Author: Alchemist-hp, because the RAW file was CC0" is morally indefensible and fraudulent. You can no more claim to be sole-author of that image than you can if you photograph the Mona Lisa. The Photographer has lost the right to demand attribution (though it is a courtesy applied by all gentlemen) but has not given you the right to claim it. You might consider that an apology would help reduce tension surrounding this issue. -- Colin (talk) 20:40, 3 February 2015 (UTC)

Dear Colin take a look here. Thanks for your opinion. It is also full my opinion! I only like to show us all the nonsense CC0 license! This isn't a project conductive license for me! That's all. I hope you understand my bad English. --Alchemist-hp (talk) 20:51, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
I am disappointed with both sides in this completely unnecessary battle. If you have a point to make about CC0 then make it with words rather than deeds that just inflame people. No, CC0 does not permit you to claim it is yours nor does it allow you to apply a licence to it since it is no longer under copyright so can't have a copyright-licence. CC0 puts the image into the position (as much as it can) as the image would be if it became public domain due to age. You can't claim to be author of an image made by someone else in 1909 and nor can you claim to be the sole author of an image by someone else released under CC0. -- Colin (talk) 21:17, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
Colin can you please show/cite me the point on the original CC-0 side that say it me that this is forbidden? Thanks, --Alchemist-hp (talk) 21:27, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
That page is a list of things the creator has released. Not a complete list of things the user is permitted. You haven't broke copyright law, because the work is no longer under copyright. What you have committed is "Plagiarism". It isn't a crime, but is unethical and dishonest. I appreciate if you were trying to make a point, rather than wrongfully appropriating The Photographer's image, but this has caused hurt and an over-escalated response. Hence I think an apology would help. -- Colin (talk) 21:51, 3 February 2015 (UTC)
@Colin: Same trolling situation here --The_Photographer (talk) 18:47, 4 February 2015 (UTC)
