To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.

I want to upload the new photo of Hsaung Wutyee May which are uploaded in Facebook.I did a talk with her on Nov 10 by contacting her in facebook messenger and she also allowed me to upload her photo in wikipedia.I have proof which are messenger messages.Although Hsaung Wutyee May allowed to upload her photo in wikipedia,wikipedia didn't allow me to do so.How can I do?I have message proof that she allowed me to do so.I can prove it but I don't know how to prove it. Copyright of photo belongs to photographer, not to depicted person. Hsaung Wutyee May has no right to give permission to upload her photos into Wikipedia. The permission must come from photographer. In addition, if the photo is published before upload into Commons, for example in Facebook, then by Commons policy OTRS-permission is needed. The permission must come from copyright holder, that means from photographer, not from depicted person. Messenger messages are not enough. If the original upload in YouTube is published under "Creative Commons Attribution license (reuse allowed)", you can take a screenshot and upload here (like this one). Please be sure to check the license status of YouTube videos, because you had taken a screenshot of a Standard YouTube licensed video and uploaded here before. Wikipedia ရဲ့ သတ်မှတ်ချက်တွေ၊မူပိုင်ခွင့်လိုင်စင်တွေနဲ့ပတ်သက်လို့ ကောင်းကောင်းနားမလည်သေးဘဲ ပုံတင်မိခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် အနူးအညွတ်တောင်းပန်ပါတယ်။ကျွန်တော့်မှာ မေးစရာတွေရှိလို့ မေးခွင့်ပြုပါ။အကယ်၍ ကျွန်တော်ဟာ Youtube က video တွေကနေ screenshot ရိုက်ယူပြီး Wiki မှာတင်မယ်ဆိုရင် ဘယ်လိုင်စင်နဲ့တင်ရမှာလဲခင်ဗျ။မကြာသေးခင်ကပဲတခြားသူတွေတင်ထားတဲ့ အတိုင်း လိုက်လုပ်ပြီး Youtube video က screenshot ကိုတင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ဒါပေမဲ့ Copyright စည်းမျဥ်းတွေကို ချိုးဖောက်တယ်ဆိုပြီးဖျက်ခံရပါတယ်။Youtube channel တစ်ခုနဲ့ တစ်ခုကလိုင်စင်သတ်မှတ်ပုံက မတူတာလားခင်ဗျ။အကယ်၍ Channel တစ်ခုနဲ့တစ်ခု လိုင်စင်သတ်မှတ်ပုံကမတူဘူးဆိုရင် ဘယ်လိုင်စင်နဲ့ဆိုတာ သိရအောင် ကျွန်တော်ဘယ်လိုလုပ်ရမလဲဗျ။ ကျွန်တော့်ရိုက်ယူထားတဲ့ Youtube screenshot ကို wiki ရဲ့Copyright စည်းမျဥ်းတွေထဲအကျုံးဝင်အောင် ဘယ်လိုတင်ရမှာပါလဲခင်ဗျ။ပြီးတော့ဆောင်းဝတ်ရည်မေကိုယ်တိုင်ရိုက်ထားတဲ့ သူ့ရဲ့ဓာတ်ပုံတွေကို ကျွန်တော် ခွင့်ပြုချက်တောင်းပြီး Wikipedia မှာတင်မယ်ဆိုရင် Wiki ရဲ့ စည်းမျဥ်းတွေထဲ အကျုံးဝင်အောင်ဘယ်လိုတင်ရမှာပါလဲဗျ။အသေးစိတ်ရှင်းပြပေးဖို့တောင်းဆိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
