Світлини з фальшивими ліцензіями

Вітаю. Прохання до вас, як до адміністратора, видалити ці дві світлини через очевидне порушення авторських прав.

Там автором зазначена Наталія Щерба, при тому що це саме вона й сфотографована. Крім того завантажив ці світлини користувач User:Sherbanat, у якого на сторінці вказано що він і є Щерба Наталія. Leonst (talk) 23:47, 10 December 2023 (UTC)

Вилучення фото

Вітаю! Користувач JWilz12345 подав заявку на вилучення мого фото пам"ятника, посилаючись на зміни в законі про панорамні фото. Commons:Deletion requests/File:Berdychiv Monument of John Paul II.jpg. Він написав - There is no commercial freedom of panorama in Ukraine. The statue was inaugurated in 2015. A commercial Creative Commons licensing clearance from the sculptor is required. Фото було вилучено адміном -Minorax. Зрозуміло, що ця заборона діє у зв"язку з війною, введена вона була з 1.12.22р, але це дає змогу користувачам типу цього, або якогось заангажованого росією, вилучати взагалі фото пам"ятників України. Ви як адміністратор можете підняти це питання? Тому що я бачу що JWilz12345 відмітився і на вашій сторінці. Я вже йому написала свою думку, а також адміну, який видалив мою роботу. Потім буде важко все це відновити,якщо масово почнуть знищувати ще й фото пам"ятників, крім того що русня знищує самі пам"ятники. Дякую за розуміння.

Адміністратор Leonst намагається видалити моє фото, щоб і далі портити мою сторінку у Вікіпедії.
Звертаюся до адміністраторів: що робити у випадку подібного переслідування? Звертатися до Адміністраторської кнайпи чи подавати одразі на Арбітраж? Sherbanat (talk) 08:43, 21 December 2023 (UTC)
