Idea behind this[edit]
Well... we delete many images that mustn't have been deleted. This happens, because the uploader misses to provide the information he/she would needed to provide. If we now notify the uploader again on his talk-page (many uploader do get the E-Mail-notification), this might bring more people to add the information. I will do another test-run today and put together the numbers compared of two categories, one with notification and one without.
