Hi,
I just uploaded Image:W rengetutuji2041.jpg here on commons. On the japanese wiki, you seem to have uploaded. Could you please improve the description? For instance: is it your own photo? If so, where did you take it? If it is nt your own photograph, who took this photo? And how are you sure it si GFDL?
Unfortunately, my knowledge of japanese is zero.

It is hard to speak English... An original image is 草花写真館 [2] (and [3]).Taken by カールおじさん. カールおじさん is a producer of 草花写真館.This image is under GFDL.I get permission to license it for in GFDL on a bulletin board of a WEB site from him.
Explanation is written in Template in Japanese.

- 撮影者はカールおじさんです。 = Taken by カールおじさん.
