Nämä kuvasuhde tiedostot on tarkoitettu ensisijaisesti videonmuokkauskäyttöön, esimerkiksi jos haluat 16:9 videoon "film lookin" voit laitta 2.35 laajakuvan letterboxit kuvan päälle.

Ensisijaisesti olisi kuitenkin suositeltavaa että mustia palkkeja ei lisättäisi, vaan video tulisi rajata suoraan oikealle resoluutiolle.
