Template documentation

This template is designed to be used on any talk page, to provide:

• a short introduction and appropriate links for newcomers
• a reminder of policy to experienced Wikimedians every time they visit the page

This template should be used only when needed. Acculturation can't be forced, and it can be overdone. If the message is on every talk page, its impact will be reduced.
