User:The Evil IP address/rename

The rename user right is a specific user right that allows a user to rename files and fix their links throughout all Wikimedia projects. This is to reduce dependence on the administrators when renaming files, which is considered to not be a too big deal.

Users with this right will have a move button on file pages and won't trigger the abuse filter when adding a {{Universal replace}} to User:CommonsDelinker/commands. They can rename files either that are requested by the {{Rename}}, by personal request or file names that they view on sight for the reasons listed in the file renaming guideline.

Users can request this user right on Commons:Requests for rights or by asking an administrator privately. Users who misuse this right, be it for move warring or inappropriate moves, may have it revoked.
