Printed in Stockholm, 1915 by Ehrnfried Nybergs boktryckeri. Where I have not provided a page number, the image is from a "poster page" (not numbered).
No image source is provided in the book, presumed public domain due copyright expiration/old age. The main editor/author of the book, Major General Carl Otto Nordensvan, died 1924.
