In June 2021 a picture I shared on Wikimedia was discovered by UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson and given as a gift to US President Joe Biden, which just goes to show that serendipitous things happen when you share openly. This incident gained a wee bit of media coverage and debates continue as to whether all the artists rights have been released satisfactorily for hosting on Wikipedia. I am in contact with the mural artist, who is generally pleased with the coverage his artwork has gained and the image has been shared worldwide in the media. You can read the story here: https://thinking.is.ed.ac.uk/melissa/2021/06/10/joe-biden/

The image was removed from the Frederick Douglass page by an editor who thought it 'unimportant and blurry'. It is blurry because of the debate over rights release.

If you would like a higher resolution version of the image ( which is what I gave to Downing Street), or one which is not blurred, please just ask.
