Thirty-six Views of Schnitzel is a series of food photos. The series depicts schnitzels (Middle High German: snitzel, a diminutive of sniz, "slice"), a usually breaded and fried slice of meat popular in rural German speaking areas, from different hotels in and around Wallenhorst. The series aims at bringing the concept of Thirty-six Views of Mount Shasta by German-American photographer Frank Schulenburg (1969–) into the 22nd century.
