Correct Slavic languages[edit]

B. Jankuloski, LacoR, User:MaGa, Renessaince, etc. I found a way to use regular expressions to fix very tortured polish version of this template. See Template:User at project/core/pl and how it is used in Template:User at project/core. User:MaGa Current croatian version gives the following:

  • Jarekt na Wikipediji na poljskom (jeziku)
  • Jarekt na Wikipediji na engleskom (jeziku)
  • Jarekt na Wikipediji na njemačkom (jeziku), etc.

✓ Done for "wikipedia" projects. I added Template:User at project/core/hr which applies find and replace rules to the output. User:MaGa current fix depends on Template:Projectname and if some one in the future adds Template:Projectname/hr it will break the current template. @MaGa: Can you also correct Template:Projectname/hr. That will break Template:User at project/core/hr, so it will also have to be corrected. Support for other WM projects can be also added see Template:User at project/core/pl with 2 and Template:User at project/core/be-tarask with 8 other projects. I am unsure how many we need as most images are transferred from wikipedia. I have tried some languages on my sandbox - for example the german and latvian dont fit to a rule. And in the {{Projectname}} I would need the genitive case (Wikipédia/Wikipédie). So we have to live with the solution we have now.--LacoR (talk) 21:11, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Jarekt: I tried to check how the template works this way:
but I see the problem isn't the case only. First, the projects aren't in Belarusan as well. E.g., it should be «Вікіпэдыя», not «Википедия», and «Вікітэка» instead of «Викитека». Second, the output should be as following: «Jarekt з польскай Вікіпэдыі», «Jarekt з гішпанскай Вікітэкі». --Renessaince (talk) 16:43, 9 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
✓ Done Renessaince the project names are not in Belarusan, because there was no Template:Projectname/be-tarask where they would be defined and the project was defaulting to Russian (see Module:Fallbacklist). I created it now but please correct other project names.
