Possible rewording for clarification[edit]

Copyright notice: Image made by Halibutt in 2004 or 2005 and uploaded to wikipedia by the author. Images are available under GFDL but can be made available under other copyleft licenses on a case by case basis via direct contact with the author. Apart from said license, the user of this image is reminded that moral rights also requires the work to be properly attributed to its creator. For photographs, this is traditionally done in the image caption. If a copyright notice is present, retaining the notice will be sufficient. Note that the GFDL requires that any copyright notices be included with the work even when making unmodified use of it.

question[edit]

"Note that the GFDL requires that any copyright notices be included with the work even when making unmodified use of it."

If you mean that the copyright notice within the image itself must be kept, then you are incorrect. Apart from that, the license complies with the GFDL.
