- He didn't make any recordings before 1923. I would guess that some of his early recordings are public domain (those made for companies which went out of business in the Depression seem particularly likely), but one would need to have info explaining the copyright status on individual recordings. -- Infrogmation 13:46, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
