Description
English: Confocal imaging of a retinal neuron positive for VNUT (red) and fluorescent ATP marker (green) shown over a 44 s time interval under depolarizing-conditions in the presence of cadmium Cd++ (55 mM K+-PSS added at 16 s). There was no significant change in fluorescence intensity near the membrane in the presence of cadmium.
