Description
English: Panc-1 cells seeded in front of channels with a width of 15 µm. Cells migrate on the flat surface in front of the channels and are able to permeate the channels without major deformation. Channel dimensions are 15×11×150 µm (WxHxL), time-lapse video of 16 hours played in 3000× real-time. Scale bar, 50 µm.
