Description
Nederlands: Hierdoor is het belangrijk om te weten hoe je het beste kunt droogtrainen. Het drinken van genoeg water is echt een must. Daarnaast zul je regelmatig moeten trainen om er meer 'lean' uit te zien. Met dagelijkse creatine en protein inname optimaliseer je je spiergroei, wat het meest effectief werkt in combinatie met het regelmatig trainen. Ten slotte is het natuurlijk belangrijk dat je een calorietekort hanteert.
