Description
English: Nucleus and cytoplasm segmentation. Example of the segmentation of nucleus and cytoplasm obtained from time-lapse data of GFP-p65 MEFS stimulated with 10 ng/ml TNF-α. Cells detected but not tracked are marked with an ‘x’, knowing their approximate position is useful for the background reconstruction.
