Summary[edit]

Description
English: Cultured HEK293T cells were transfected with the phCLE-PAGFP (photoactivatable GFP) plasmid and 24 h post-transfection they were used for live cell microscopy. The video was analyzed with Leica Microsystems LAS AF software (version 2.3.0). Photoactivation was applied in the nucleus to visualize hCLE export.
