DescriptionExpression-Levels-of-a-Kinesin-13-Microtubule-Depolymerase-Modulates-the-Effectiveness-of-Anti-pone.0011381.s001.ogv |
English: S2 cells were cotransfected with plasmids encoding KLP10A-EGFP and mCherry-tubulin and image using time-lapse spinning disk confocal microscopy. Images were acquired at 10 second intervals and cells were perfused with 4 µM colchicine approximately 170s in to the sequence. Note that the rate of microtubule depolymerization is greater and more extensive in the cell expressing high levels of KLP10A-EGFP. |
