This XCF graphic was created with GIMP.

Warning sign Warning: XCF files must be compatible with GIMP 2.8 in order to be displayed. Files created with GIMP 2.10 format currently are not supported by the MediaWiki software (see T196054). Furthermore, indexed images are not supported and must be converted to RGB or grayscale.

Description
Eesti: Põhjamaa stiiliga Euroopa Liidu lipukavand koos kõikide 2014.a. seisu EL-i liikmete arvu tähistavate tähtedega. Lipukavand Euroopa embleemi ei kasuta.
Tegemist on tahtliku XCF formaadis üleslaadimisega, et teised kasutajad saaksid muuta File:EU Nordic 28 extended.png, File:EU Nordic 28.png, või luua neist derivaate, kui on lisandunud uus EL-i liige. Mõned tähed on iseseisvalt omaenda kihis, osad ühes kihis tervikuna. Vt. alumist pisipilti, et näha, kuidas GIMP seda näitab.
English: Nordic-style proposed flag of the European Union with all 28 stars included representing the number of EU members as of 2014. The proposed flag does not use the European emblem.
This is an intentional XCF upload to allow other users to modify File:EU Nordic 28 extended.png, File:EU Nordic 28.png, or create derivative works thereof, when a new EU member is added. Some stars are layered individually, some grouped into one layer. See below thumbnail for how the image is rendered in GIMP.
